Welcome to Pasta Emporium! I’m James, the passionate foodie behind this dried pasta subscription service. My love for Italian cuisine runs deep, and can be seen through my other venture, Great Balls of Flour, where we craft pizza dough balls and offer a variety of delicious Italian ingredients.

Cooking is more than just a hobby for me—it’s a way of life. Along with my family, I enjoy pasta or risotto at least once a week. My admiration for everything Italian is boundless, from the rich espresso and zesty Limoncello to the beautiful language, vibrant culture, and, of course, the iconic Ferrari.

I founded Pasta Emporium to bring a new level of premium dried pasta and sauces to your pantry. Unlike fresh food deliveries that need to be consumed quickly, our products offer the flexibility to fit into your busy schedule. The Inspiration

Pasta Emporium was born out of my passion for pasta and my desire to bring the finest Italian culinary experiences to your doorstep. As the founder of Great Balls of Flour, a business that thrives on hands-on cooking with raw ingredients, I noticed a seasonal trend: many of our customers only cooked pizza during the summer. This observation sparked an idea—why not create a service that offers the same quality and joy, but with the convenience of being available all year round?
